8ft Burroughes & Watts mahogany table

Description

A solid mahogany 8ft snooker table by Burroughes & Watts of 19 Soho Square, London C.1920. This table boasts a four piece bolted Welsh Slate bed, turned and fluted legs and a nice grain throughout thanks to its use of the finest mahogany. Once sympathetically restored, it will be a welcome addition to any billiard room. Shown is the original catalogue sketch of the table, named the ‘Letchworth’, as well as a similar table we restored for a customer.

The table will be stripped to the bare wood, polished, fitted with Northern Rubbers, West of England 6811 cloth, cotton nets and hand stitched leathers, and includes accessories and ground floor delivery & installation.
