Description

A stunning victorian mahogany 12ft snooker table by George Wright & Co of Westminster Bridge Road, London. Standing on 8 turned and fluted legs and dating from C.1894, this table boasts gorgeous grains thanks to its use of the finest cut of mahogany. The frame features decorative carved scrolls and panelled knee plates. The cushions have been upgraded to superior steel block cushions, and the frame supports a 2″ thick bolted welsh slate. This table was previously owned by and used by Roald Dahl and was removed from his house in Great Missenden, with full provenance to back this thanks to his step-daughter.

This table already comes with a full compliment of accessories, as well as a traditional light shade.
